Automatic Punching Machines A/A+P/AL
A machine for punching labels in smaller quantities.
- Standard equipment includes 5 adjustable clamping arms and waste slitters with holders.
- Once the material (square-cut sheets) is inserted and the protective plexiglass door is closed, the punching stroke is activated – on model A by closing the protective door manually, on model A+P a push-button control closes the door pneumatically.
- On model AL the punching stroke starts when the electronic safety light barrier is activated.

Automatic Punching Machines B / B + P
This model offers a larger maximum punching size and much greater punching power. The punch handles all types of material, especially plastics.
- Standard equipment includes 5 adjustable clamping arms and waste slitters with holders.
- Once the material (square-cut sheets) is inserted and the protective plexiglass door is closed, the punching stroke is activated – on model B by closing the protective door manually, on model B+P a push-button control closes the door pneumatically.

Automatic Punching Machines BL / BLS
The powerful punches for larger formats and high productivity - equipped with light barriers releasing the punching stroke
- Standard equipment includes 5 (for BL) or 6 (for BLS) adjustable clamping arms and waste slitters with holders.
- Once the material (square-cut sheets) is inserted the punching stroke is released when the safety light barrier is activated.

- Model BL has a maximum punching size of 220 x 260 mm – or a diameter of 250 mm for circular products.
- Model BLS has a larger punching size of 230 x 320 mm - or a diameter of 285 mm for circular products.
- These robust and powerful machines are used for punching all types of material and where higher volumes are required.
- The models are suited for punching labels in a two-up system, e.g. detergent labels and similar.For this procedure labels are interlocked in pairs to save material and guillotining time.
- The machines are commonly used for punching with counter-pressure when handling difficult material, e.g. inmould labels.
