Chief Financial Officer
Job Description:

Responsible for heading the F&A of the Group with high diligence and integrity.

Develops and implements finance and accounting processes in line with the overall corporate policy, establishes standard operating procedures for Finance and Accounts and ensures implementation across all locations.

Manages the accounting operations at all locations, supporting business operations by efficient cash flow management.

Conducts detailed cost and profitability analysis for the business, and works with the top management in developing and formulating business strategies.

Designs and ensures implementation of a system for tracking and monitoring relevant operational and financial MIS. Trends depicted by the MIS are to be accessed and communicated to all on a predefined frequency highlighting priorities and improvements achieved.

Ensures all statutory compliances are in place for the organization and establishes robust processes to ensure 100% compliance at all locations.

Managing all the compliance and statutory payment on time.

Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards.

Ensures regular and comprehensive audits are conducted and implements processes to ensure non compliance is minimized.

Ensures stock and fixed asset audit are conducted periodically and device appropriate insurance covers for assets.

Responsible for efficient team building in F&A section.

Regional Sales Head
Job Description:

Leading a sales team for a specific region, coaching of territory managers.

Setting-up and executing a sales and business activity plan.

Analyzing customer needs, advising customers and answering their questions, in order to achieve the commercial objectives.

Following up the sales proposals and activities of his team and deliver monthly a precise and up to date sales forecast.

Setting the vision for the region and developing as well as adhering to a business plan to attain the vision.

Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.
Expierience: 8 - 10 Years in Printing industry/FMCG
Qualification: MBA(Sales & Marketing)/BE (Printing Tech.)/Diploma in Printing
