Various Grades of Flexo Plates are :-

H Grade : 1.14 to 2.84 for Sacks, Labels & Aluminium Foils. It is a hard plate with 50-55 resolution, and holds 1% dots at 150 lpi.

GH Grade : 2.84 for Flexible, Paper, Label & Aluminium Film, it is a soft plate with 34-41 resolution, it can hold 3% dots at 100 lpi.

SS Grade : 2.84 to 7.00 for Corrugated, Heavy duty bags like HDPE Woven sacks. It is also a soft plate 30-35 resolution, it can hold 3% dots at 100% lpi.

Applications :- Flexible Packaging, Tags & Labels, Folding Cartons, Corrugated Boxes, Paper Bags, Heavy Duty Bags, Envelopes & Paper Cups.
